This service is designed for holiday home owners who wish to generate a good rental income from their property investment whilst having their property professionally managed and the entire rental operation handled for them. Renting out your holiday home and looking after paying guests can be both an administrative and practical nightmare. With our bilingual staff, resources and expertise we can help to maximise your property's rental potential and give you peace of mind when back home.

This Service Includes

Advertising & Marketing

Write up a property description, take photos, prepare and load your property advertisement onto selected well known websites. We also market your property to our database of potential holiday makers as well as using other online marketing methods and local marketing.

Laundering

We wash, dry and iron the following for each letting.  2 sheets & 2/4 pillow cases per bed, 2 towels per guest, 1 bath mat per bathroom, tea towels as used. Please request prices for extra laundering if required.

Meet on Departure

Collect keys and ensure the property is secure.  We check furnishings and contents to ensure there is no damage.  If there is any damage,  deduct cost of damage from the clients deposit before refunding them the difference.

Reservation Management

Handling all inquiries and booking requests 

All administration  routinely carried out.  Timely correspondence with the holiday guests, including answering all their questions, sending confirmations, ensuring contracts are signed, collecting correct monies (including security deposit) at the right times, sending directions to the property.

Cleaning

Property prepared to a very high standard.  Beds made.   Fresh towels and bath mats neatly laid out.  Delph and pots washed.  All surfaces cleaned and dusted.    Fridge & freezer left emptied

All floors washed.   Terraces swept and cleaned

Terrace furniture cleaned.  All rooms left spotlessly clean and tidy.  All rubbish removed

Meet & Greet

We greet all your clients and hand over the keys. We show them around your property giving any information they may require.   They will also be given our contact number in case there are any problems.

24/7 Available to Guests

Throughout your clients stay we are on hand to deal with any issues that may arise.
